Alternatively you can contact Reservations Team on +442033274969 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Your confirmation of the booking will be sent to you via email.
You will be required to show this at check in.
ARE THERE ANY BOOKING FEES?
The Westbridge Hotel does not charge any booking fees.
HOW CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY BOOKING ONCE CONFIRMED?
You can either amend/cancel your reservation online or contact our Reservations Team. Confirmation of an amendment/cancellation will be sent to you via email. Note, terms and conditions of rate booked will apply. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
It depends on condition of the rate booked. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page for more information on rate plans and cancellation terms.
ARE THERE FACILITIES FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES AT THE HOTEL?
Yes. The hotel offers accessible rooms and facilities for guests with special needs. Guide dogs are also welcome. If you require an accessible room please let us know at the time of the booking so that we can reserve that for you.
CAN I RESERVE A ROOM ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes. You may reserve and pay for another guest’s room. Contact our Reservations Team to find out more.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK A HOTEL ROOM?
The registered guest must be at least 18 years of age or to be accompanied by an adult.
DO YOU ACCEPT BOOKINGS OF MORE THAN 10 ROOMS?
Yes. Bookings of ten (10) or more guests are considered a group. For more information on group blocks, rates, conditions, and cancellation policies, please send an email to email@example.com
IS THERE FREE WI-FI AT THE HOTEL?
Yes. We offer free internet connection Wi-Fi and wired throughout the hotel – Rooms, Restaurant and Public Areas.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN? CAN I CHECK- IN EARLY?
Check in time is 15:00. Should you require an early check in, please let us know on the day of arrival. Should there be room available this will be allocated to you. Alternatively we will offer to store your luggage until the room is available. We always recommend securing the room from night before for arrivals earlier than 12noon.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT? CAN I CHECK-OUT LATER?
Check Out time is 12noon. Late Departures can be arranged at the Front Desk. Subject to availability and late departure fees.
ARE THERE ANY FOOD AND BEVERAGE PACKAGES, LIKE BED AND BREAKFAST AVAILABLE?
Yes. We offer range of meal plans, including breakfast and or dinner packages.

To arrange a wakeup call please contact Reception team. Alternatively you can use Alarm option on TV in your room.
HOW CAN I ARRANGE A CAR TRANSFER?
To book a taxi please contact Reception. We will be able to provide information on your journey and estimated cost.
DO YOU OFFER LAUNDRY/DRY CLEANING SERVICES?
Yes. For same day return service, please contact Reception by 9am on the day. Dry Cleaning/Laundry forms and bags are provided in each room.
HOW CAN I REQUEST AN EXTRA BED OR A BABY COT?
Please advise us either at the time of the booking.
CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE?
Yes. It is possible to store your luggage at reception at no extra cost.

The Westbridge Restaurant is open daily from 7am to 10pm.
WHAT TYPE OF CUISINE DO YOU SERVE?
The Westbridge Restaurant is Halal Restaurant serving finest European cuisine.
WHAT TIME DO YOU SERVE BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER?
Breakfast is served 7am to 10:30am, Lunch 12noon to 5pm and Dinner 5pm to 9:30pm.
Night Rooms Service is also available from 9:30pm to 4am.

DO YOU ACCEPT PARTIES OF MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE?
Yes, we cater for parties of 10+ people. Special menus are available from Hotel Front Desk.

We are more than happy to cater for special dietary requirements as long as we are advised in advance.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO USE THE GYM?
Use of Gymnasium is free to all hotel guests.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE GYM?
It is open 24hrs a day.
ARE THERE CHANGING ROOMS AND SHOWER FACILITIES AVAILABLE?
There are 2 changing rooms with showers available just outside the Gym. Fresh towels are provided both inside the gym and changing rooms.
Drinking water is provided for your convenience inside the Gym.
WHO CAN ACCESS THE LOUNGE?
Lounge is exclusive to hotel guests and is open throughout the day.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE THERE IN THE LOUNGE?
Business Centre facilities including 2 computers and a printer, range of books and magazines, table games and an impressive 82” TV are available for hotel guests use.
IS THERE A CAR PARK AT THE HOTEL?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a car park at The Westbridge Hotel.
